This year's show marks a return after a one-year hiatus, and while plans are not yet firmed up (descriptions below are tentative), there will be some changes from previous shows.

Come by and learn about the lapidary arts and earth sciences!

Club members and students from the club-supported lapidary classes at Little House in Menlo Park will demonstrate some basic grinding and polishing skills. There will be displays and information available in the Earth Sciences Room, and club members (easily identified by their badges) will be delighted to share their knowledge.

Come buy some fine jewelry, lapidary materials, and specimens!

Although this year's line-up of dealers has not yet been finalized, we usually have 8-9 sellers offering a wide range of merchandise, including lapidary materials and supplies, findings and finished jewelry, and mineral specimens. In addition to buying from our vendors, attendees may want to take home a bag of the club's own member-polished stones. The club will be offering donated used literature for sale at nominal prices. No silent auction will be held this year, however.

Maybe even win something nice!

Raffle tickets will be available at the entrance table (or from our members prior to the show) for a small donation per ticket. Raffle items, including mineral specimens and jewelry, are supplied by our members and dealers and several drawings will be held each day.
