The Programs page was updated. Members are strongly encouraged to attend the October meeting to learn about and discuss new fees to be charged by Redwood City for use of Parks and Recreation facilities in 2010. Also the lapidary class page was updated to reflect the addition of a new Tuesday night class for experienced lapidarists.

Feb 2 Show Discussion: Excerpts from the Feb 2 Board Meeting, addressing planning for the September Annual Show, have been appended to the Jan 5 discussion notes (see below).
Leo Lu Gem Carving Class: The upcoming class is full, no more signups.

New Programs Added : New programs have been arranged for our meetings in February, March, and May.
Minutes from the Show Planning Meeting in January: Attendance at the special January Board meeting was excellent and bodes well for a great Annual Show in September. Interested members should check the "Annual Show" section and click on the link for the meeting minutes.
Annual Calendar Updated: Meeting dates through December 2009 have been added to the Calendar. Dates of other events, such as shows being staged by other local clubs, have also been added. If you'd like to see an event added to the Calendar, e-mail the webmaster with the proposed change or mention it to him at a meeting.
