Joining the Sequoia Gem and Mineral Society

The Sequoia Gem and Mineral Club, located in Redwood City , would like to extend to everyone an invitation to join our club. We have members who collect minerals and members who cut and polish minerals. Our meetings always have a speaker. Guests are encouraged to come to the meeting to see if they wish to join. To join the club, all you need to do are the following simple steps.

1. Come to a general meeting of the club and introduce yourself.

2. Fill out the membership form. You can obtain this from the Membership chairperson.

3. After your application has been submitted, the club confirms membership with a vote of those present (may be the same meeting, or the first subsequent opportunity).

4. Pay your dues. Dues are $20 for an individual, $30 for a family of two, and $40 for a family of three or more people.

5. Receive your card and badge. The membership chairman will issue you the card upon receiving your dues. You will be given your badge at the following meeting.
